Highest Quality Varnish and Wire

We insist on using the best materials available. We wind our motors with top-grade Synflex wire and offer insulation class F and H varnishing for enhanced thermal resistance.


To ensure ultimate durability, the rewound stator is saturated in a high-quality varnish and then cured in an oven. This meticulous process, which can last from several hours to a few days, results in a winding that is exceptionally hard and robust.

Precision Balancing for Rotors and Fans

We provide precision balancing for a range of rotating components, including rotors, shafts, and industrial fans. All balancing is carried out on-site using our state-of-the-art Schenck stationary balancing machine. Failure to balance a rotor or fan properly can lead to critical machinery breakdowns.

In-Situ Balancing (Field Balancing)

We offer convenient on-site services, measuring vibration and performing balancing directly in your machine’s own bearings with our mobile Pruftechnik system. This minimizes downtime and eliminates the need for disassembly.

We help you monitor your machinery’s health through professional bearing vibration analysis.

Our work complies with the balancing tolerance guidelines of ISO 21940-11, ensuring optimal performance.
